Location

Daydream Island Resort & Spa is located in the centre of the Whitsundays group of islands that is comprised of 74 islands in the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park.

How to get there

Getting to Daydream Island is easy. Fly in to Hamilton Island and then relax for the 30 minute launch transfer to Daydream Island with Fantasea. Alternatively, travel to Shute Harbour on the mainland and take the 10 minute Fantasea transfer to the island. Daydream Island also has 2 helipads.

Direct flights to Hamilton Island are available daily from Sydney, Cairns and Brisbane with connections from other cities.

Direct flights to Whitsunday Coast Airport on the mainland (formerly Proserpine Airport) are also available from Brisbane with connections from southern cities. Coach transfers are available from this airport to connect with the launch transfer to Daydream Island.
